HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
1. Shop safely and securely in our online store.
2. Simply click the item you'd like to buy
3. Select your size and click Add to cart.
4. When you're ready to com plete your order, click Checkout.
5. You will then be taken to our secure checkout where you'll be asked to fill in your address, delivery and payment details.
6. After you've submitted your order, we'll confirm it by email.

You can shop in the knowledge that your details are safe. To enhance security we do not hold any payment details that you submit to us. Unfortunately, this means that you are required to enter your payment details each time you order with us.

WHAT IS PAYMENT AUTHENTIFICATION?
Payment authentication or 3D secure are fraud prevention initiatives launched by card issuers. Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) work in the same way. The authentication works by using passwords, which are set up by you to protect you when you shop online
WILL I GET CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, how much it costs and delivery options. At this time, you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records. This email does not indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contract of purchase.
Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what you have purchased and confirmed that your order has been processed. We will also inform you of your tracking reference number. By clicking on the tracking reference link you will be taken to the courier's website where you can see the progress of your delivery.
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you'd like to cancel it's best to contact us as soon as you can after placing your order and we'll try our best to cancel it before it's dispatched. If we've already dispatched your item, you'll need to follow our returns procedure.
WHAT IF THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at email@example.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order number) and provide us with a proof. We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.
I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY ITEMS ORDERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY CART?
To add items to your cart:
1. Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose your preferences of the item. When you click the “Add to Cart” button, you will be brought to your "Shopping cart" page.
2. Enter the quantity of the item that you would like to order using the "Quantity:" field next to the image of the item. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.
HOW DO I VIEW WHAT’S IN MY SHOPPING CART?
To view the contents of your cart, click on the Cart icon located on the top of the website page. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of quantity you want to purchase of any item in your cart by updating the quantity listed. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” link to the bottom of the quantity listing.
HOW DO I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY CART?
First, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” link to the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and have the page refresh to have your changes reflected.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
Online orders that are placed during the week take 48-72 business hours to process. Weekend orders may take an additional 24-48 hours. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your order has shipped.
If you were logged into your baby-majesty.com account when you placed your order, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account, viewing your account summary, and looking at your order history.
If your order has been processing for more than 72 business hours, we would be happy to dig in. We recommend emailing our team at info@Globalelite.media with your order # for this request. There are a few different reasons your order could still be processing after 72 hours:
1. The item you ordered is out of stock in one or more of our fulfillment locations. We do our best to re-route orders to fulfillment locations with inventory on-hand. This re-routing process can add to the processing time for your order.
2. A technical issue during checkout prevented your order from being routed to a fulfillment location. Our team can easily get your order back en route if we find this to be true.
